VI4Refuel is a 4Refuel franchise serving Vancouver Island, owned and operated by Jamie and Adrian. We’re not a call centre on the mainland — we’re a local operation with local trucks and local drivers, and when you call, you get us.
What is 4Refuel?
4Refuel is Canada’s leader in mobile fuel delivery — a national network that brings fuel directly to the customer instead of making the customer come to the fuel. It’s a model built on doing the boring things well: showing up, measuring accurately, and handling a hazardous product safely.
As a franchise, we bring that same national-quality service to Vancouver Island with the personal touch of a local operation. The standards, training and supply chain are 4Refuel’s. The trucks, the drivers and the phone number are ours.

Our Story
Jamie and Adrian have been best friends since grade eight. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, they both grew up with salt air, logging roads, and a deep connection to island life. Today, they’re raising their families here and running a fuel delivery operation rooted in the community they’ve always called home.
The 4Refuel franchise has been serving Vancouver Island since 2011. When Jamie and Adrian took over the operation in 2024, they brought a fresh perspective and a personal commitment to every customer. They knew the terrain, the industries, and the people — and they knew they could deliver a level of service that only comes from actually living where you work.
Our Operations
Our day-to-day operations are led by Oressa, our Operations Manager. She coordinates dispatch, manages customer relationships, and makes sure every delivery runs on time. If you call us, there’s a good chance she’s the voice on the other end of the line.
Our Crew
Our drivers bring over a hundred years of combined experience behind the wheel. Every driver holds a Class 1 or Class 3 licence and is fully certified in TDG, WHMIS, and loading procedures. They know the Island’s roads — from the Malahat to the back roads of the Cowichan Valley — and they take safety as seriously as we do.
